Called "YKnot!™ Enterprise Inc. dba The Business Caretaker™", Taunee English, founder of YKnot!™ Enterprise Inc. is known by clients and colleagues alike for its tenacity, perseverance, honesty, and fairness. She enjoys her reputation for quick, timely responses to each client's needs and concerns. 

As a focused listener, able advisor, and fierce yet fair advocate, she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.

Taunee is the creator and entrepreneur with twenty-five years of experience in owning and operating her own businesses, and brings expertise in the areas of accounting, business operations, finance, real estate investment, taxation, and trust administration. 

She has provided both accounting and business development consulting for over 25 years to small to mid-size businesses in various industries ranging from A-Z.  She was an Enrolled Agent with the IRS for four years (Tax Specialist).

She has worked tirelessly for those she represents with problem-solving, negotiating, managing finances, properties and business affairs.

As devoted as Taunee is to our country, she is AS devoted to the IMPORTANCE of EDUCATION and beside having her Business Brokerage certification, she has over eight Real Estate Designations which includes: Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and National Commercial Real Estate Advisor designation. She provides monthly real estate educational classes as Chair of Professional Development Committee at Beverly Hills/ Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors®. At the state level, Taunee is a State Director of California Association of Realtors® and serves on the committees: Taxation and Government Finance, Investment Housing, and Education and Communications Advisory Committee.
